Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped—whichever is earlier. Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible. To request a cancellation, please email us at support@ruceru.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Our team will process your request at the earliest.
Return & Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable in two cases:

If the order is cancelled before shipment.

If the delivered product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. We appreciate your patience during this period.

Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Products marked as final sale, custom-made, or personalized are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged.
